Could somebody tell me how I can replace this wipe logo? I really want to create the Confed Cup wipe but if I open the wipe file with Texture Editor there are just empty texture files inside :\

use Texture Editor and select the third image (it's blank). after selecting it, check the transparency check-box. the image will appear. then you can save it as a png or what...

I cant get texture editor to work 64bit or 32bit (XP) just crashed on open I have all correct net framework updates and so on plus extra dll's installed. RX3 converter doesn't support the wipes files .... so ....

I really want the above fifa logo for World Cup 2014 patch. Can anyone get it into a working wipe and then share it please :), I would do this myself but tools are failing me for this process cheers.

as regards that World Cup new wipe/and logos ... RELEASE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;)

That would be also perfect for the 2014 road to world cup mod, you should also post to the author of that parch.
