Good Isco, but we have some better versions of him. I don't think that it was so necessary to make another version.

What about Kirchhoff, he looks similar to real, but anyway needs to be updated. Pay attention to his head shape, and particularly to the jaw shape - it should be more wide and "square". This photo may help you:

And also change his hairstyle - I recommend you to use Howedes' hair.
