OH GOD :\ and it looks perfect in blender. did you check if there was any bump file in the heads folder?

Just looks like the mouth texture doesn't match up to the model form the ingame screen.
Blender can be deceiving sometimes, check in cm.

It's hard to tell without taking a look myself. :)
Hope you work it out because it's a beautiful face

thx mate, i solved the problem with kris tip, it was the bump file that was making Florenzi like a zombie
