The problem with the kc stadium (two much lightning crowds in the above stand) is definitely an slot problem. I have the same with my glücksgas stadium at id 228, if a change them to 178 it was gone. Also Id 147 works without any problem.
I think that there must be a file that incl the corect highnes of the stadium before. All crowd parts from the new stadium that are over this highest point from the old stadium get no shadow. so they are always bright. Hope that someone will find the solution for it.

That is 99,99% what is happening. And i can also confirm that ids of 178 and 147 are working indeed. So whoever has that problem just follow poli's instructions and you should be fine ;)

@Arianos: Thats not a solution my friend! We need someone that can find this part in db or something else and change it for every slot. I have searched for it in dB change the camera view and the capacity of the stadium but this is not the solution.
So i think there must be another table or string or something else that must be changed.
Maybe in the db for cards, but i cant open it.... (cards_ng_db.db, this one it is in the data0.big)

Guys for me the problem remains, I have tried so many many times but not result
I changed slots, all the parts(roof,tribune...) but no results....nothing or wrong shadow effects on the crowd

we must find a solution!!

@twich: after cloning the stadium do you use the clone id or the original one from ea?
use the ea one and try at id 147 or 178. If it´s not work, then test and reduce the highness of your tribunes....

You should select the original file in the main model path ;)

is there any way of exporting parts so that they are used as tournament dressing yet? e.g. tournament specific textures?

one of the groups in the template or when a stadium is imported is called tournamentDressing, and this is where the geometry is for that parts that contain the adboard(don't know if this is the correct term?) around the stadium which link to an external tournamentdressing file located in sceneassets/tournamentdress/tournament_xxx_0.rx3, which contain the textures that will be used around the stadium in that specific tournament

@Arianos: He's asking that on behalf of me. We'd like to put in EURO 2016 adboards on all newly added stadiums. :D

Do you know how stadiums can have specific tournament adboards at the top of the stadium, like for UCL and Europa League in Career Mode? Well they are also available for the World Cup, confedcup and continental tournaments too.

Here are some screens of the default EA texture for the World Cup (there is never a single year specified because of career mode playing world cup every 4 years over a Manager cycle of 20+ years):

the script needs to be updated to include the following.
material = tournament
texture = tournament_placehold.dds
group = stad_TournamentDressing_NoShadowCast

you can add the group easy enough manually in blender
and you can get the texture from an ea import, simply copy it from the fifa_tools folder and paste it into the folder with the rest of your stadium textures
now for the material it requires some editing of the fifa_operators.py script in the th fifa_tools/scripts folder.

if you open the script in note pad and scroll down to the following line:-
if mat_name=='pitch':local_mat_name='pitch'

then add in directly after it so it looks like this:-

if mat_name=='pitch':local_mat_name='pitch'
elif mat_name=='tournament':local_mat_name='tournament'

save it and start blender and you will now have the ability to export using the material tournament.

I can't see the corner flags and post in the blender template. How can i take this from another stadium blend file an reimport to any other stadium. I have try with ojb extension, but it exports the whole stadium. not just the corner flags.

i dnt know if your method works, but if you want to export 1 part only you should have checked "Selection Only" ...

Arianos I have a simple question. As you already know the v6.03 has a bug that leaves all the hair black. So I spent lot's of time editing a hair and I was wondering if I export the hair with a functional version of your tool the hair will not have that bug, or I have to remake the hair all over again?

I got reports that previous versions are working, so i think its safe to go back to the previous versions.

Its a top priority task for the upcoming version to fix that black hair issue.
