i manage to extract all mnin faces from ps3 virson .. but seems that they r only opening with file explorer 14 .. how to encrypt them ??? not working in game ...

On my PC i can watch vp.6 video with Windows Media Player and GOM Player.

Camera files from demo working magnificently (auto zoom in broadcast camera is fantastic), except small issue with near spectators (maybe this can be solved with zoom setting, i don't tested).

You can remove fifareplay.dat. For now i don't undarstand working replays from WC 14 or not.

in artassets folder i found a folder name ' stadium ' ... i tries to open its file with FILE master 14 .. and seems that those file are may be stadium animation file .. .. may be.. stadium editor can know better ...

Need to remove fifareplay.dat. The game is crash with this file. Maybe in this file there is a link to fans and manager animation.

Yeah, I think that that is the problem for now, if we know how to edit the lua files and these files, we may find a way to make this work.

The only person who knew how to edit the camera files was MonkeyDragon, but he has disappeared.

I did this intentionally, I could not tell which parts should be which so I made them all home. I think it might require trial and error to do this correctly. I need to correct a similar issue for flags hanging from the roof and then I will post a quick tutorial.


The low resolution specific managers can be used in FIFA 14. It seems that only specific textures exists, they use appropriate generic models. Inspecting the DB should help identify which model should be used for each manager. They can be used with RM14 if they are named correctly.

I do not think the high resolution managers (with faces in the same format as players) can be used. I took a quick look at a video on youtube and I think these might only be used for cinematics which focus on the manager.

There seems to be some high resolution crowd figures which are also used for cinematics. I think these might also have faces and hair which can be used for players, like the high resolution managers. There are some female fans so these faces might be useful for the womens patch. I think there are hats which can be used instead of hair if anyone is interested in this. If someone uploads the contents of data/sceneassets/herocrowd/ I can investigate this.

The Inter-American patch has got 3 national stadiums from South America + El Monumental de Buenos Aires is in the FIFA-Argentina patch. I wonder if their stadium-makers can convert the remaining 5?
