I advise only to build a stadium in sketchup from skratch! because the models from 3d warehouse haven't good quality

I think that the models from 3d warehouse can be used as a base.

Nope... You MUST change everything... because if you change just textures the old model has no 3d chairs or stands or smth else. So, if you'' arrive to modify all of that model ==> new model from zero ;). But you have a base from where you can start to build a stadium from scratch.

My Leoforos building... I had to search all good references for this stadium, measure parts, locations of all stuff etc... Now it;s in construction ...from scratch. Roof is in place ( and it's like in reality, trust me ;) )

Guys I will change my job so for moment I don;t have much free time to create stadium. As soon as I will have I will continue with Leoforos. In the meantime , if you have some good pictures with Leoforos stands ( maybe some new ones) please show to me to make Leoforos aprox 100% real.
Thanks and see you soon

I can't explain what's going on exactly, but when I'm importing parts in base_blend they are smaller than the field...like the template is much smaller than I need....I'm using all dimensions that shown in tutorial...(Inches in sketcup, cm in rhino)...but it's always wrong...

i dont know what to advise you, because i didnt work with sketchup stadiums from 3d warehouse. I dont understand, why it is a problem to build a small tribune by yourself and make everything like in the video. You want to have a fast result, but there is in stadium building nothing goes guickly.
