Are u sure low spec PCs support dx11, which is the only option in system reqs

because at some point in time you need to evolve, as games get better and more demanding your machine must eventually match the evolution.

You will probably be fine with DX9 graphics card. Until recently I had a DX9 card and I played Battlefield 4 and other DX10/11 games without any problems.
