the game looks faster than the last game, too much catering to online modes of the game.

The game looks always fast when record on camera. It's been like these for ages in events like E3 and Gamescom

Lighting in FIFA 15 looks dull, FIFA 14's lighting was better. Kits look way better in FIFA 15 but in my opinion its too tight. And grass in FIFA 15 looks terrible. Hope EA fix the grass.

Looks like messi has been on the weights and had plastic surgery to me! Fifa has always suffered from weird looking faces.

The comparison is hardly a good one as the lighting is coming from different angles.

Interesting, its nice to see not so long wait for PC users to get the graphics updates. Pitch idea is great, but I agree that when probed its just cosmetic and effects no physics. Right away that got me thinking with his answer that the ball physics arent all as they might make out.

I personally have moved over to PES2014 for most of this year, I got sick of older PC graphics and I feel (my own view) PES just has that much more real feel in control and visual animations that FIFA needs and doesn't seem to nail fully, plus its licensed competitions. I miss the fifa fluff with modes but I just cant not enjoy on the pitch satisfaction I get with PES this year. I see the certain new graphical features (boards/flags/kit dirt/creases) coming ive enjoyed with PES this year already, like I say thats Fifa's fault for no implementation this year to want to have that now.

After 3 years of Fifa I will skip 15 and will stick with what Konami bring for 2015, having said that im interested to see PC gameplay, but going by that video it does seem a little bolted on eye candy with under the hood same old same old which is a shame (speed of game and animations). The comment that video cam makes game look faster ... I disagree, the proof was every year since 2012 for me it played just like that once I owned it (and had to tweak the crap out of it to settle it down).

Dont slam me as a PES fanboy, I didnt post here for that, room for all games .. but I would like something to pull me back and so far not much has come.

Konamis and UEFAs contract expires this summer and no headline that it was renewed. Since that and some rumours out there, FIFA could a contract for full licenced CL and EL - and even Copa Libertadores. This would be great I think.

It was revealed on April last that FIFA will have UEFA champions league.
If you ask me how do I know, well it was the same source that told me that PC would have the ignite engine, therefore I believe him

I think KONAMI will not leave UEFA rights that easy.

uefa is no different than ea, money conquers all and ea have more money than konami.

unfortunately for us if konami falls off and pes becomes nothing we will be stuck with recycled games over and over because there
is no competition to ea.

konami has needed to step it up for a few years now and just getting a licensed cl doesn't do it.
what good is a licensed cl if half the clubs in the game are unlicensed.

No scripting: It's the same disingenuous argument EA has used regarding the identical issue in their hockey series.

There is no scripting. That is correct.

But what EA means is there is no script that guarantees the CPU will score: sometimes you win, sometimes you lose.

But there are AI ability boosts, and they're linked to specific times in the game in which they kick in - end of half for example. This EA never addresses because it's a core aspect of their offline AI programming. It's a horrible, uncreative way of programming the AI. EA knows that's what people actually mean by scripting, but to acknowledge it would mean they would have to put in the time and energy (money) to change it, and that they won't do.
