nothing #matchfixy about Messi winning MVP ... just adidas sponsored teams, playing the final of an adidas sponsored tournament, with adidas sponsored players claiming the adidas sponsored major prizes, including the adidas Golden Glove, adidas Golden Boot, and adidas Golden Ball ...

Yeah the Golden Boot was fixed by adidas. They paid everyone else to let James score.

You could tell it was fixed the moment that James scored from 30 yards out. It was actually a jabulani ball.

I immediately got it after Portugal-Germany. Typical adidas at work. João Pereira would have turned that game around, but adidas made sure it wasn't so.

Messi won the golden ball? What a joke.. He played well during the group stage, scoring important goals etc. But he didn't single handedly get Argentina into the final, it was a team effort, Mascherano deserves a mention here.

If anyone for pure personal performances, i'd share it between James, Robben(!), Müller, Kroos and maybe Messi. :p

I wonder how long can Robben play at this level, he was by far the most dangerous player during this World Cup. Obviously van Gaal's tactics were centered around him and van Persie, but still. Can't forget James as well, a player who has a really bright future ahead of him. I'd hate to see him going to Madrid though. :/ They're already crowded with star players. He'd fit perfectly at Atlético for example. :p

And what about Neuer? Those pussy ass shots everybody threw at him. The most overrated, insecure, unreliable keeper in the WC gets the Golden Glove. loldidas

Couldn't have said it any better. It's all coming together.

Nahh.. The girl in the red shirt yesterday was the highlight of the World Cup.. If only i could find that gif, the only option would be to find the clip of the national anthem of Brasil during the Holland match.. I'll try...

The girl you pointed out looks Peruvian (not that it'd be a bad thing) and what is she doing in that dress? nah nah nahh...

Pfff same here... I have the match downloading right now, and if it's without the national anthems then i'm gonna be pissed off.

Very excited for the Draft this year. Curious, for example, how many German players will go in the first round or two. Bad news though, I'll be gone for the entire month of August, so it will start a little late this year. I say count on the Draft to begin on September 10-15.

Seriously man, that Kramer last minute substitution hurt Germany more than Argentina's injuries. Hell, Lavezzi was Argentina's best player today and Sabella took him out of his own choice.

I hadn't even heard of that Kramer guy before this WC, that was a real surprise for me. I usually keep myself acquainted with upcoming players in top clubs. Were both of the Bender brothers injured or what?

And yeah Lavezzi looked quite dangerous, his pace seemed to trouble the German defenders a lot. Especially on the counter.. Agüero was not fit, and Palacio is shite. So Sabella's subsitutions were not the greatest. He took Lavezzi out WAY too early. But overall Germany seemed to be the better team, and probably deserved it. I would have loved to see Germany against Holland in the final instead, though. :p

I've been critical of ESPN before but they did a great job with this World Cup. It was a really top notch production. Sadly, the rights transfer to the bed shitters at Fox now.
