FIFA 15 Keyboard Controls

Hi everyone,

Does anybody know how to get back the traditional way of playing FIFA? Hate it to shoot with the space bar

D - standing tackle & shooting
S - passing (triangle/A) and switching player (L1/L
A - slide tacke & crossing
E - sprint
W - trough balls
Up/Down/Right/Left - running
CTRL - tricks
Num2468 - right stick on PS3/Xbox controllers
Shift - R1/RB

Something like this. Does somebody know how to edit the controls yourself in stead of editing inside FIFA15?

EA really is messed up with the new default keyboard settings. We're supposed to have like 3 hands or something.

I use the Key Customizer tool for now, still waiting to get the full game, I've only got the demo and it works on that.

Hello. I also have an issue with keyboard settings. I've set it the same way that I've set in FIFA 14 but this time something's wrong with the players move. I also like the classic FIFA series settings so the same keys are:

D - standing tackle & shooting
S - passing (triangle/A) and switching player
A - slide tacke & crossing
E - sprint
W - trough balls

...but I still cannot set the players to move with Up,Down,Left,Right arrows. I've tried it on alternate settings just like in FIFA 14 but the players are still moving only with Home, End, Page Down, Delete. Anybody got the same issue? Just to be clear in my explanation the players should move by arrows as I've set the right way in controller settings but when the match goes on, they can only be moved by Home,P Up, Pdown, End, Del. First time when I installed the game (original licensed DVD), everything was ok, but after only 1 day everything messed up like this. Hope everybody can understand my point Please help if you guys met with this issue.

I like the classic controls too. But I mostly prefer FIFA 98 controls where everything is same but W is used for sprint. Another problem I got in FIFA 14/13 is that if I set the tackling style to old [like FIFA 11 tackle where only holding tackle button does the job]- then I can't set shoot & standing tackle with same button [D]. Either I've to shoot with D and tackle with S [pass button] or shoot with S and tackle with D. Does anyone knows how to fix that? It was possible to fix in FIFA 12 if you had xbox 360 gamepad.

I fixed it, just by clicking in settings keyboard only. Afterwards just go edit the controls but edit the one with key up, down etc. for direction of the player. Then save it and play, no need to install anything so that would do the job. I got it fixed with:

d- shooting
s - passing
a - crossing
x - through balls
w - change player
e - sprinting
up,down,left,right - player direction

and the defensive tasks will be added directly. Is there a way to share these settings?

Actually quite simple if one knows how to do it

What you have to do is:

1) Go to "Customise"
2) Choose "Settings"
3) Choose "Gameplay Assistance Settings"
>>>>>>>>> Control Device = Choose "Keyboard Only"

4) Go Back
5) Choose "Contoller Settings"
(Here you have two selection Options - "Classic" or "Alternate", if you change a setting in one of em -> FIFA will save this in new given name)
