Okay, Home Kit is not being assigned to Classic kit anymore. But still can't assign custom kit to Home, Away or GK. I put the files there in the right folder, regenerated, but the game keeps showing the original EA kits.

Arslan and Sala had this problem last year, right? Their heads were on their foots :D But someone managed to fix it, hopefully someone will do it this year too.

Apart from a small number of needed graphics, this mod does not include a graphics patch. However, many graphics patches do require this mod.

As I have stated in a previous post, I prefer not to estimate release dates. In terms of progress, the coding is nearly finished. I also need to do more testing and update the documentation.

Yes, this is the same problem. Last time, a user just released specific heads they has made as a solution. A simple solution for Caulker is just to extract the generic parts and rename them as specific parts.

For now, I would recommend the beta. All naming conventions set in the documentation are still used in V1.0.

I've got a (probably easy to fix) problem here...
I put new kitnumbers in RM, named correctly, in the correct folder, regenerated the db, but they show up as checkered fields on the kit.
And for kit fonts, the newly imported font show up at all, just the old one...

What am I doing wrong here?
It always worked in 14...

I've got the same problem with kit numbers, i know there is problem with this but is there any way to fix this?

This mod will not be able to do that as I can not change stadium assignments. There are probably strings you can put in cl.ini, beta990 posted a list in the FIFA 14 forum, this is also Fidel's area of expertise.

Nothing, it is related to some restrictions which will be removed in V1.0.

I noticed some glitch since i use this mod, i have some messed commentary, crowd sounds, cinematics, and i lost texture on some shoes. Dont know if its just coincidence but that weird as i got this since i use the mod

I do not think this mod causes problems with commentary, crowd sounds or cinematics. The boot problem might be this mod.

Sorry Scouser,
given that EA made the strange decision to leave out the chants assignment feature, do you think it'd be possible to restore it via lua files?

Yeah, the boot problem is certainly related, i just got little square on full color no name boots. Other problem can be related but just because FIFA is in all stuff kinda messy and fastly full of glitch.

Just a quick query. Is it possible to change your career mode teams home goal net to that of another teams? For example i support Nottm Forest and their net colour and style is the same as sunderland's (red and white squares) same for when i eventually do a career as the mighty Cambridge United ;) think theres is simliar to Hull FC's

RM15 V1.0 New Features List:

-Assign boots from new library.
-Automatic balls, boots, ect assigned to classic kits by decade.
-Automatic crowd kits.
-Automatic player specific kits.
-Automatic positition kits (for traditional matchday numbering).
-Fallback boot assignments.
-Play in tracksuits instead of kits.
-Remove captains armband, undershirts, undershorts, accessories and GK gloves when using classic kits.
-Use name and number assets of one tournament in another.


Based on previous experience, V1.0 is likely to have some bugs. If you find any, please give enough information so I can replicate the problem. This is important as sometimes the bug will only appear in certain circumstances and often I need to replicate the problem to solve it.

I have made some improvements with boots. Automatic boots are fine if you want to make hundreds of assignments, but if you wish to make thousands, especially if you use larger and/or uncompressed textures, they can take up an excessive amount of space. I am not a fan of the arbitrarily assigned integer IDs used in the DB as if you import more than one boot patch, there is a strong chance of conflict. I have configured a new boot library which allows boots to be assigned via a string description instead.

For example, if you assign "Nike Magista - Black+White+Volt (EA)" to a player, it will used these files:
data\sceneassets\shoelib\Nike Magista - Black+White+Volt (EA)\shoe_textures.rx3
data\sceneassets\shoelib\Nike Magista - Black+White+Volt (EA)\shoe.rx3

I have added all boots named in the language DB to this library. I have also created new playershoe files for these statements, which will make it easier for users to share their boot updates.

In addition to this, I have also created fall-back boot assignments. These are part of the generic boot replacement function, and used when the player is assigned a generic boot. This will prevent the problem when players are changed to generic boots in squad updates. All players who have non generic boots in the original DB will have these assigned in the player files in the original mod.

V1.0 should be ready for release in the next few days.

You will be able to do this with V1.0.
