That hair is just crap, it's somehow too stocky on the head. Try to make either new hair or fuzz it up.

For anyone who doesn't like neymar's hair please sugest a new one!
The fact that i don't have a database with the faces makes it really hard to find one!
Could someone also sugest a player who's hair has dreads and 3d beard? i want to make gervinho!

Obviously Cuadrado seems to be the best choice for Gervinhos hair, for the beard i can think of Arbeloa or Carvajal
And IMO Neymar's head is perfectly fine, no need to change it
