This is what it says. May be it seems strange to you because it's part of the EXE's code. I cant understand too, only for programmers or engineers.

Yes but there is a direct link at post #6 I can actually download the txt from that link and the txt can be opened but it opens with strange format. Now I tried again opening it in utf instead of utf 8 and it is slightly more readable but still not understandable. Maybe is just about knowing which character set to open with
