Classic Teams Patch CMP

Here is classic teams patch in CMP, import in CM Master, Once imported select Fifa Classic from league then change country to international. You should now be able to see all classic teams under international in kick off.

Updated: with two new Classic teams teams
* 12 Classic National Teams : Argentina, Brazil, Netherlands, Spain, France, Germany, Italy, England, Rest of the World and UEFA, Classic USSR and Classic Africa teams
* More than 300 classic players
* Classic kits, numbers and fonts
* Faces for Classic Players
* Classic Adboards
* Classic balls assigned
* Referees : Colina, Howard Webb, Markus Merk, Anders Frins, Horacio Elizondo
* Career Mode fully supported (in CM mastr 15 add these teams into the league (for example league 2 and replace other teams)
