I think he said that because the pc version is the 360 one, not the next gen one, so there might not be big improvements

interesting to note that in the portsmouth stadium article they say the guy who passed away had created new features for career mode so i guess it has changed this year at least somewhat

Such disscusion (FIFA vs PES) is endless, every one has its own terms to decide, some one like a real simulation, some others like to score a lot of goals easy, but what everyone really are looking for is to have fun, and if some decide for PES, and others decide for FIFA, its fine, but trying to "convert" the others to its own side....

I'm satisfied with it.. I don't really care about a massive list of new features, if they just fix the basic mechanics of Career Mode (transfers, player growth, contracts etc..) then I'm happy. And from what I read, it seems they have been working on such.

Considering that UEFA EURO 2000 was the only EA game to have every national team with licensed players, it always seemed dodgy that the World Cup games could have all teams present and correct and yet UEFA EUROs from EA had half the teams (including Ukraine as co-host in 2012!) unlicensed.... Whosever idea it was to make UEFA EURO 2012 a DLC really cocked-up badly.

We'll see how this turns out. Seeing as PES has never been a strong series for national teams...

No suprise really, 2012 was just a gimmick. Completely half-assed.

We'll see how this turns out. Seeing as PES has never been a strong series for national teams...

True, but maybe this is their turning point. In 2017, maybe they will retain their license and use kits and faces etc from UERO 2016..

Yeh. Still. I'm gonna have to start practicing a completely new way of football... :jap: Also, there'll be new commentary to get used to.
