Finaly....
Played a couple of games.. not sure how I feel about it yet. The 'fake foot' thing is useless and aside from that, I find it really difficult to dribble past player. Like 3 of my games were the same: Pass to Messi > Run the pitch. Yet I can't bring the ball past a single player, can only out-run him.
Campeador i don't wich version of the demo you are playing and the settings you are using but my impression after 4 games on slow with manuel settings is a big no, it is not fifa 15.
On slow, the pace of the game is pretty good, looks like a speedhacked fifa 15. Then the AI is better too, i saw it playing long balls and back passes, doing crosses, feels not like playing against cocain junkies even if there are some tiki taka moments sometimes. And the best is the inertia is back. Hurray! The defense is tougher and less retard, GK seems to be more consistent, maybe too much, i had hard times to score. Its harder to rush the flanks with pace also. The whole feels more like a sim.
Cons are the super GK's, saving everything, the usual lack of AI fouls and sometimes the animations looks weird or the game speeds up for no reasons.
I'm personnaly surprised and pleased by the demo but you know... maybe Fifa 16 final version will be Fifa 15, happened before

Agree with everything you say i think legendary needs to be toned down a bit i like how difficult it is but the ai is too good at catching you if you break i hate pace whores but this is abit extreme they need to find a middle ground so fast players have some value
Few bugs i noticed where changing player doesnt work temporarily and the ai walking in your area you cant tackle them its like a force field around their player anyone else had these?

After playing 6 games (3 with boys and 3 with girls), these are my thoughts.
FIFA 16 looks plays like a very solid, proper patch for FIFA 15.
They removed the chaos when my players would bump into each other while sprinting around in defence, or I would have 5 players making insane runs to the box in 15.
Feels like they tuned the flow of the game with enertia, sprint speed and acceleration.
Passing now feels not like ping-pong but at least like tennis, where the pass has weight and takes time to reach the adressant. In general, it makes the game more 'thick' if you may.
Actually, I enjoyed plating with the girs a lot. Both visually (all new incredible high quality faces, nothing dirtier) and in terms of gameplay. It's sloppier, slower, more open, the kind of football you would play with your mates after school.
FUT gameplay feels more arcady this year as well. Or I just might be paranoid. But for the last 3 years FUT has been complete aids with less and less skill required to win a match. Really hope for that to change.
Once again, same as last several years, the demo feels great to play.
Hope this feeling will stay after the full game comes out and I play it for a couple of months.
But then again, it might feel good only because it's fresh, and I haven't adjusted to it yet, haven't solved the AI.
Or the AI hasn't solved ME yet? (the X Files theme song playing)

But no vanishing spray for 'low' graphic settings is complete BS. As if you needed a monster PC to see the spray.
