Install the revolution mod. Then you make the following folders in the data/sceneassets folder:

faces
heads
hairlod
hair

And then just place the face files in the face folder, and so on. You'll figure it out.

And of course, don't forget to regenerate.

Is there a way of install REV Mod so that generic faces work but only installing the bits needed to get the faces to working? I personally don't want to install all of the REV Mod as i dont want all of the features

From what I know, rev mod just makes it possible to mod whatever you want. It's like the files you're putting in your folders overwrites the ones in the data files. So if you're just installing rev mod without adding anything to your folders, the game will still be vanilla. I think you'll get better answers in some "Q&A thread" where there's more experienced people. But from what I can tell, rev mod is just a possibility to easily mod your game.

UPDATE
I updated him a little bit and I think it looks more realistic. Needs to fix right eye. I would like to know what to fix. Any suggestions?

I've thought about that too. It's a bit Kompany, isn't it?

However, I've been using it since release and it's good enough for me. The generic one from EA looks nothing like Memphis, so I'm happy.
