(as RegularCat recommended ) I managed it.
For example, Brazil vs China (women national team):
ID 112999 Brazil Women's NT
ID 113001 PR China Women's NT
create a lua file (using Notepad) and name it: team_112999.lua
inside this write this string:
setGameCrowdSize (112999,113001,1,1)
where
112999 = home team (Brazil)
113001 = away team (China)
1.1 = homesize crowd 17% and 50% awaysize crowd
(from REV Mod documentation):
setGame Crowd Size (hometeam, away team, homesize, awaysize)
Sets the size of the crowd for a specific match.
The acceptable values of homesize are 0 (0% capacity), 1 (17%), 2 (34%), 3 (50%), 4 (67%), 5 (83%) and 6 (100%).
The acceptable values of awaysize are 0 (0% capacity), 1 (50%) and 2 (100%).
Done.
Just copy file in:
C: \ Program Files (x86) \ Origin Games \ FIFA 16 \ data \ fifarna \ lua \ assignments \ teams
