Enabling Flags For English Teams

small tip
just change id countryid the leagues

example open db tables leagues

choice countryid example arabia saoudit or flags is activate
id 183 replace by id 14 and choice id 14 replace by 183 saves

open loc and system identic

reverse name

open compdata an identical for compodj and setting
and logo in folder ui
do not touch id league is important
may be forgetting some thing!
I would not detailed tutorial because my English is too bad

for scarve i m dont now i m not test
but test take rx3 flags the teams you want
example arsenal flag rx3 id 1 is important because in rx3 there is id in hexedecimal
if you take with other id no other id will work
import image and rename rx3 look revmod instruction for assignement

how to enable them just in friendly matches ?? like other team like for examples i can make TIFO for bayern just for friendly matches but i can't do that for english team ??

no rev mod dont work for activate flags but I but I do not have the temp right now be making a preinstallation

I don't mind editing the DB tables, but if I do that will corrupt my save. It'd be great to find a way to enable flags, scarves, and tifo without changing IDs.

How to get flags working for national teams in FIFA16? I'm trying with the rx3 files from 2014WC, but only Croatia & Kazakhstan are working properly in FIFA16.

flags are apparently atribuer by league for team club but for team international I do not know
for team english I board reversed with the Saudi league in db and dlc
may be changing international id with another league or flags are enabled should work I think but can not affirm

But, I can't change the international league ID. It will disable anthem cinematics for national teams. Simply put: It's not that no flag files are showing for any teams in the international league; rather - Some flag .rx3 files from WC2014 are displaying in the crowds in FIFA16 & others are not. I want to find a way to get all teams' flags to show correctly in-game.
