Hello Alberto Diaz,
firstly you have to check wich is de boot's ID you want to replace. I think you can do this with CG File Explorer 16 v 0.7 (you can find this tool in the editing software forum). Once you know that ID you must rename the .rx3 you have downloaded with the generic boot ID and paste that renamed file in the correct directory. For example:
generic boot ID: shoe_904_0_textures.rx3
.rx3 ID donwloaded: shoe_200_0_textures.rx3
NEW .rx3 ID donwloaded (renamed): shoe_904_0_textures.rx3

Do you know which ID's are the generic ones I mean from the first generic to the last so I can replace?

I don't know sorry... But you can check it by using CG File Explorer 16. It can take you some time but it's the only way I can think of.

Rx3 master doesn't work for FIFA 16 rx3. To open and change 16 rx3 you can use CG File Explorer and you'll find it in Editing Software Forum.

How do you change/edit the rx3 files with file explorer? There's no option like that. Seems like you can only view/export files?

I downloaded File Master and in it there's a program called RX3 Master. It works for me, replacing PNG and saving.

Ok. Thanks. Seems like I had an older version of file explorer though. I can see that you can import png and save them in the latest one.

The official Boot ID's for these boots is 88. So if you rename these files accordingly, Messi will wear these by default with the latest official squad updates.
