Aleksandr Kokorin (Dinamo Moscow)>>> Arsenal

This is a more serious link and its well documented we tried to loan him in the summer. The quoted amount is around 6m with his contract running out. He looks the best out of the rest we've been linked with so far. Fabulous shooter, strong, above average speed, athletic, aerially good and a clever passer too. Can play anywhere behind the striker as well. Doubt he'd amount to much more than a top rotation player but he is interesting, I have to say.

Mourinho is done, just like Benitez. Pep and Simeone will be too, they are all the same kind of leader that burn himself and the players.

People like Ancelotti or Del Bosque last longer being Sugar daddy's right hand and having a good management of the locker room.

They are like the old journeyman directors of Hollywood. They take what they're given and don't get too stressed about it. Hiddink is the same. He will take over interim I think

Mourinho to zenit anyone?

I think Mourinho will take PSG first. If he doesnt win the CL (which would open him the doors of a top team from a top league again) he will retire, go to Rusia/Turkey money or Portugal National Team.

Michels, Herrera, Sacchi, Cruyff, Clough are other examples of people that didnt last longer than 10 years in elite.

When Mourinho pioneered and pep, avb, Rodgers etc followed I thought the day of the journeyman/non 'academic' manager was done. Now it appears I might have fit it all wrong!

Just wondering about a few things. Would the PSG manager spot even be open? I mean they're doing quite fine under Blanc I don't see any need for change. Yet again they sacked some manager years ago who won them the league if I'm not mistaken..

Portugal national team for Mourinho sounds something like that would make sense. But I think he said something like he'll want to manage them in the latter stages of his career,, aannd he doesn't seem to be the kind of person who'd go after money. I bet he'd rather manage Stoke City in the EPL for example instead of Rubin Kazan even for pennies. Competetive nature.
