Hi huzz.



That is really odd but doesn't surprise me. Personally I like the fact players become annoyed at performances. Just like a management sim. If you do not want this for now then id suggest deleting moralesettings.ini and regenerating until i have figured out what these values really mean.

It's fine it happening in the season.. but it happens right at the start of a career?? when I haven't even played a game

Yeah. I have seen what you mean. If that value doesn't work then the game is bugged and I can not resolve it. (blame EA)



Perhaps the other values could be changed to help. The values after // are the old ones. So you could try somewhere between the new and old ones?

hey Paul, I remember you made a gameplay mod for the demo that made the AI stop playing around the back as much, can you say what the codes to change achieve that are? I've been playing the demo again but lost the file. I think it was the FORCE_ lines that affected it but I don't remember the values

how's the progress going? I've been doing some tweaking & testing with your BETA 2 version of Career.. It's VERY difficult to buy any players, due to relocation issues... even with Arsenal, it is very tough to sign anyone at all.

This helps with the awful EA Transfer System for sure, but makes it's a bit more difficult to actually make any signings yourself.

Trying to tweak it to allow a little more freedom for the player.

Any advice?

These values transform the game quite a bit. Give it a go :)

Yeah, you are right, it was one of the only ways to stop stupid transfers. If you let that stuff go, there are hundreds of random transfers all over the place, most of which don't make any sense!

If you would to change the relocation settings then look at the transfer.ini (not the transfers.ini) where you will find

The transfer probability between league levels

Code: 
RELOCATION_PROBABILITY_{number}_{number}

The transfer probability between countries (although somewhat limited in choice, EA for you)

Code: 
RELOCATION_PROBABILITY_{letter}_{letter}

The transfer probability depending on nationality (again limited)

Code: 
PLAYER_NATIONALITY_TRANSFER_TABLE_{number}_{number}

I based the nationality on figures for the English Premier League, to try and keep the ratio of nationalities roughly the same throughout my Career game.

As far as progress. I do not have much to report, between work, family, and another indie game I'm working on, I have little time for this. The pairing system found in transfers.ini needs investigation, as well as, the transferteamdecision.ini. Trouble is EA's comments are pretty dreadful and don't make much sense.

hai paul, can you show me, how to reduced movement top player in the transfers career (especially EPL).. without reduced/increased activity transfers.. I like career mod original by EA but I don't like if top player like Alaba, Aguero etc gone fast

Hi. your mod is great. it would be possible to do something in gameplay (cl.ini) that can best make physical the goalkeepers and also of shots on goal. It is strange to see the goalkeepers blocking the ball turning back. Another thing are the shots on goal. the shots always hit the goal with the same route. It is something repetitive and easy. It would be nice balance the shots so that sometimes can get out or crawling over the goal depending on the condition of the player and the game. that more would approach the game of reality, because what we see in the real world are shots of all kinds and not always going to score like in fifa. something else is even in fifa 16 opponents have a lot of possession and play too much, it is rare to end a game with more possession than the opponent even this being lower than their team. it would be nice balance that too. in the congratulations for the mod.

This mod makes your opponent gives more freekicks? I play career mode and I only obtain two free kicks at 15 matches!

guys, I've been using this gameplay as many of you, but now it seems a bit out-of-date, and so...are you using some other gameplay nowadays?
