The forum has nothing to do with what the language of the content on other sites should be. The forum states that the language used on the forum should be English, and that's where the line is drawn. There is no rule about external links so long as they are not spam. And, there isn't any rule that modders need to post their results here within a few days of posting previews either. If you don't like the amount of time he takes to release a face, ignore the thread rather than constantly complaining.
