I had created this El Fenomeno face for steven2212 sometime in October, but I didn't release it since CM wasn't out which meant I'd just be bombarded with emails regarding how to install him. Since CM is now available, I decided to post a Legend's pack, I had two from Re_coded (Jens Lehmann and Michael Ballack) and therefore decided to add my "El Fenomeno" to it after some texture and model updates.
