- added euro 2016 panels and banners
- flags position were changed
- new scoreboard at the stadium
- new next gen adboards

I tried to add it by CM09 and it accepted but when I tried to play with France
the game crashed

CM09 accept Faces, Kits from CM10 but stadium make a problem in the game

Don't know anything about fifa 09, never played, but i hope you'll be able to do something.

I've made also Euro 2016 versions of Lens and Toulouse stadiums, but they are not as good as Stade de France (just changed textures).
