You don't necessarily need the MW mod to install them, you simply need the Revolution Mod :D

So, here are some updates:
I've started university now, so my free time has been drastically cut short since the earliest I come back home during the week is at 5:15 PM (I commute to go to university). Second, I've had some minor personal issues that have affected my mood hence my will to convert tattoos. I won't exclude a comeback since I still have all my folders and files for converting tattoos and I do not have any intention whatsoever to delete them.
Sorry if I didn't tell you anything about that.
