My Classic EPL Project

Hi Guys

i feel like sharing with you a little project of mine that i began gathering the resources for over a year ago, its an idea i got from my many by years of creating classic patches for wrestling games,

this has been (and will continue to be) a long process, but i think i have gotten to the point where i can make a start on the actual mod, so here is the breakdown of it all,

i have decided to repackage FIFA 14, ......yes i know this is the 16 forum, but i intend to do this as a compliment to whatever the current game is, 14 is cheap and will run on most modern PCs (and im too cheap to upgrade mine as i believe i have said in MANY, MANY threads)

basically im going to remove everything from the game, players, refs, teams, leagues ect ........strip it to bare bones (i know this dosnt break the game i have done it before)

then i will create the following leagues

EPL 1992-1993
EPL 1993-1994
EPL 1994-1995
EPL 1995-1996
EPL 1996-1997
EPL 1997-1998
EPL 1998-1999

might eventually add

EPL 1999-2000
EPL 2000-2001
EPL 2001-2002
EPL 2002-2003

basically the first 10 years of the EPL, why? i hear you ask

because .....why not? is my answer

i already have the basics covered, kits, logos, balls, ad-boards, ect (basically anything graphical im already on top of)

what i may need help with are stadiums (cos im not a 3d artist or any good at them in any way shape or form) and players stats and figures because thats the annoying part

but generally whenever i get stuck i will post here and ask, get feedback or whatever

but for now .......i guess i want to see how many peeps think im crazy, anyhow im off to finish modding/creating/gathering resources

Im doing the thing at the moment for FIFA 16.
Killed of every Player. Created thousand of Players and dropped them into the Leagues
Bundesliga is finished. Rest is coming

I chose the year 94 95..

HA .....for some reason i hadnt added that season to my first post, though its one of my favorite seasons .....consider it added

i might also eventually add the Football League Division One from 1989-1999 depending on how it goes

anyway as of right now im doing the massive job of removing everything from a clean install so stuffs on a little backburner till its done,

last time i tried this it took at least 2 boring days

The bigger question is, is Tony dead? He hasn't posted on SG in over 3 months.

sorry guys ....im just fine and progress on the patch is still going strong

i have just had a few life issues to deal with and i have been just taking the time to deal with them is all

now i have dealt with them im going to continue to gather the materials necessary to continue it and unfortunately it means i have a habit of dropping off the radar for a while whilst i do it ....sorry about that .....i will endeavor to update soon

im currently researching dragging stadium models from FA premier league stars 2000, its a stadium modeler i need more than anything right now

and doing the research on everything i need is a challenge

i hope you understand .....this is a big project .....and it will take time to do it .....i like to do things properly

i will be posting player lists soon with stats you can help me adjust them
