With this patch I can continue a career mode started in (v0.5), Russian Premier League?

tokke why I can't replace tables with DB master? an error occurs...I have also expanded the DB but nothing...it doesn't work...

when I try to import a new table it appears this error :" Error: 5044 cannot import players.txt as players "

- Means the table is in the wrong format:
the headers (columns) cant be changed,
it need to stay in the same order, and u cant add or delete columns

or

- u got empty rows,
empty lines at the end of the text file ?


also u did use "dbmaster 11" for fifa 11,
not "db master" wich is for later fifas ?

I have a suggestion for a potential combined Leagues & Teams plus 16-17 patch you mentioned earlier

cap all leagues with multiple divisions at 2 divisions each (Russia, Thailand etc)

drop some of the smaller UEFA leagues (Azerbaijan etc.)

combine regionalized tiers into a single division (Romania 2nd, Slovakia 2nd etc)

split Argentina 1st (FIFA 11 engine will only accept 24 teams in a league) into one 14 team first league and a 16 team second league and drop Argentina 2nd

remove all reserve or B teams from the league structures they are present in

drop US lower leagues, but maybe have some teams like NY Cosmos in Rest of the World for use in tournaments and friendlys

I don't know if in every leagues are the same, but in Russia, i won the league and the cup, and i played the supercup with myself, i played that match and no crash, but is a fixture error and is strange because you play against a team with the same players and formation that you.

you mean to fix the savegame problems, crash because of too large database :
The database size of leagues & teams patch is 8.238 KB (without new career settings !),
think the game allows a maximum ~4.000 KB before it crashes
i am not sure where s the limit, it need more testing...

to compare:
original FIFA 11 DB = 2.589 KB
2016-17 (Default squads > Online) DB = 2.753 KB
2016-17 (Default squads > Offline) DB = 3.176 KB

there are some leagues splitted into 2-4 groups
it would be better maybe to reduce to 1 group, deleting the others to reduce the database size

i ll probably need to split the database into 2 or 3 smaller databases,
my first plan was:

DB 1. - FIFA 17 leagues + full UEFA (from leagues & teams) + china-1 + topteams (rest of africa, rest of asia, ...)
DB 2. - FIFA 17 leagues (not all maybe) + CAF (from leagues & teams) + AFC (from leagues & teams) + OFC (from leagues & teams) + topteams (rest of africa, rest of asia, ...)
DB 3. - FIFA 17 leagues (not all maybe) + CONCACAF (from leagues & teams) + CONMEBOL (from leagues & teams) + china-1 + topteams (rest of africa, rest of asia, ...)


not sure wich FIFA confederations got the most leagues,
maybe put AFC somewhere else...

and keep all countries from 1 confederation (maybe reorganise some lower leagues)
this way,
-at each DB (1-2-3) u can have:
* Competions (FULL Champions League / Europa league at DB1, Copa Libertadores at DB3, ...)
* top teams from other confederations for World cup of clubs
* Top players for transfers of some important leagues (Brazil-1, China-1, ...) at each DB

I have a little problem, with 0.5 version, i have the impression goalkeeper are weak, the mine and opponent to.

it s a problem that cant be fixed i afraid

it s for all supercups the same i think
if you won both the league & the cup, the game wont let the cup loser play as opponent (like in real life)

but at least you r sure u ll win the supercup in this case

any specific goalkeeper, or all goalkeepers?
could be if your game lags or something similar they may looke worse

I really like very much this idea I hope to see this work

you already know that I like to give an help like in the previous versions of the patch but now that I have problems to create and modify both with CM11 and DB11 I don't know how I can help you...

Another: sometimes i get a random crash when i try to enter in formation editor, but when i try to access before a match (the screen that says the stadium, etc..) i dont have crash. Next to play the match usually the crash dont appear, but some matches after it happens again.
Usually this dont dissapear if i dont play the next match, but sometimes without it, this error fixed randomly. Is very rare..


EDIT: Looks that is a bad gameprofile, with one profile this happens and with the another no.

is it at quick play or career and wich team(s)?

also make sure you delete old savegames (from 2015-16 patch)

Problem with loans

Hi Tokke, amazing job here!

Just a heads up on a problem I encountered. After my second season in manager mode on v0.5, none of my loaned-out players came back.
I also had a loaned-out player transfer-listed during the winter transfer period...
At the same time, I noticed that, while I lost these 12 players, my budget rose from $35 million to $80 million. Can you look into it for the future please?
