We currently work on a full patch, containing various national leagues, the Champions League and national teams, so stay tuned. ;)

Really thank you for answer! I one of that abnormal which wait for this big patch with huge impatience.
But. This work lasts too long long long time. There are any hopes for end? After one month? Half a year? Year? :(

Well actually parts of it has been "released" earlier in this thread. The FAWSL and NWSL... oh and some national teams too.

OMG! I always check only first post for downloadable content. And on other pages I saw only messages like "Look what kit" or "Look what face". Obviously, I was very inattentive.
Now I will go attentively to read all 40 pages and to look for references. Thanks.

You can just go to FIFA-Infinity.com adn download the leagues from there ;).

UPDATE. Ok, I have problems at once, please help me. I begin with the simplest, imported one national team, and I have three questions which on the picture:

1. Not important. I will write this, it is not a problem.
2. This most important. I can't find this women's team in the game. In what league to me to place all these women's teams from your patch? In any league as I will want?
3. Its not important too, I think.

That's a problem which occurs with a different language than english. Just write it in.

Just go to the league section, open the women's NT League and put the team in it. If you import a league (NWSL, FA WSL, AFBL, Damallsvenskan) please be sure to create a league first! Use the following numbers for the leagues:

NWSL = 805
FA WSL = 802
AFBL = 811
Damallsenskan = 814

Then put the teams in it and after that import the tournament!

Otherwise you will get some errors using a different language than english.

This is for the tournament. It is the team placement last season. Not interesting for NT.

just as a note...if you add teams to the Women's national team league, it breaks the Women's cup tournament

My work around was to add all the women's teams to the rest of the world, which breaks the Career Mode, but does allow you to create custom tournaments with the women's teams
