Hey, guys, I tried to add national teams with CM16, but when I choose an original national team (e.g. USA) I can't play with the ones I added. Can someone help me?

I haven't tried to womens NT cups, but AFAIK you risk conflicts when adding/replacing teams that are not in the vanilla version. So My guess is that you'd have to use custom tournaments instead. The vanilla tournament will not work properly when adding teams other than vanilla.

(someone can correct me if I am wrong).

Thank you for the answer, but I mean in Kickoff mode. Everytime I choose a team we add (e.g. Poland), I'm not able to choose other women's teams to play against (only appears men team's).

Ollix, I had the same problem here. To solve it, you just need to open your db in CM16 -> Tools -> Minimize player's names... and then save your db. You won't be able to play online.

Oh, is this why Women's World Cup doesn't work anymore when I try playing it, even though the game picks 12 of the teams at random to compose the tournament?
Also, why is it that I can play against men's teams if I choose one of these women's teams as home team?

There are restrictions on the IDs of the 12 original women's national teams, there is no known way to remove them.

For the patch, the original 12 teams will have new IDs to the fix the problem.

I start the patch this weekend I will update the completed teams so that you see the progress of the patch

I still have to do the Olympique de Marseille and then everything will be finished !!!!

Because the game recongizes the teams in the women's national teams-league as women's teams and when they are assigned to the correct country (-> women's national).

The game makes no difference between male and female clubs because it doesn't know, that there are women's club-teams (for whatever reason).

Works.
Better: The other way around.

The problem with this is, that during export to the patch the CM16 does not save the assingments to the country (in most cases). This is the reason you get that error.
Try to ONLY import everything BUT the leagues, assign a country to every imported team, save, (regen BH,) and then import ONLY the leagues.
The teams now should be assigned to them whithout any error messages.

Look in other forum threads on creating leagues. It has been done
Otherwise you can also send your current progress and hope that it gets included in this future women's patch.
