National League Patch

Hello everybody!
I want to work on my first mod over the weeks.
For that I want to create the Vanarama National League (5.English League) and I want to share my patch with you when I am ready.
Unfortunatly tho I am not a good kitmaker.
I will do all the rest but is their a kit maker that would help me with the mod? That would be fantastic.
I don't think the National League has been done for Fifa 16, but it would be a nice addition in my eyes, as it is a semi-professional league, but the teams in their have many ex-professional players. Even some 60+ overall players from FIFA 16 play their now.
I would try to edit the FA-Cup and the Johnstone's Paint Trophy as well, because National League teams play in their too.
Is any kit maker interested in this project? I would be so thankful.
You can let yourselve time, it's no hurry, as I am at the beginning of it as well.

Ok is it for FIFA 16? IF it isn't you can still share it with me, because it wouldn't be that much work for me then.
I would update the rosters then, as I have the minifaces for the current players ready.
