Wow, great work!

Hope you can convert some players from national teams like Barbara (GK - Brazil - face is good but EA hair isn't accurate), Lavogez (France), (Maier, Cramer - Germany)

So I have to search for a suitable file and do some adaptations...this will take some time ;)

You can import the face, but you can't import the hair? Is because the tool used can't import it or it isn't possible to locate the hair files?

I just don't have them. The files were in a thread uploaded by Grafsky, but the links for the DL to the hairfiles were broken. Its not that I don't want to import them, I just don't even got them ;)
