Nice update mate. I would suggest using a texture with similar facial to fix it. It's not only their darknes, they also need a sense of "hair" cause they look so plain. I hope you get my meaning

hair texturing is my weakness lol, and i use immobile's head which similar with gaston head, but not the facial hair, thats why i try to draw it by myself at photoshop

Find another face with similar facial hair -they don't have to be identical- and attach it on your face texture. Do it the same way you apply a texture painted face from blender on a scanned EA one

For Antonucci, i think you could use Andres Pereira (granada) face and head model as base model because both of them look quite alike.
