Suggestions:

Change Eletheropolous for Chiotis.
Get Dabizas in your defence.
Get Javier Zanetti for either DR or DMR.
Zamrotta for your midfield.
Get Mpenza, Ventola, Hakan Sukur and Saviola to strengthen your attack. (Why? - because Heskey is sh*t in CM and Shearer is old).

i am in the 2nd season now... after 7 games, i have 7 wins in 3rd division.

I signed Mboma (!!!) on a free... the same with Collymore. He was unhappy in the beginning of the game... i loaned him untill March... his contract was going to end in June, so i signed him on a free...then i loaned Saha (after about 40 games in 1st division, he had only 3 appearances). I signed him for 1.3 M $. He asked for 600 k a year.

My hint for everybody, send your scouts to Portugal and Holland

yep, i know some of them are old ... but for now it will do... its only 3rd division, and in a season or two i will get younger players... its also good to have experienced players when i have so many young players... check out Bjorn Runstrom... he is 15, and it looks like he's gonna be a star

44 Goals in 42 appearences!! That's f*cking good. The best I've ever done was 37 goals in 38 appearences by AM Steven Reid.

Some of thoes players look quite old but some of the younger ones look good.

Is rio ferndinan any good in this game(sorry bout the english)

Rio Ferdinand is quite good, but I wouldn't pay more than £15m for him. There are much better defenders out there. I've NEVER manager to get Ronaldinho, he never leaves Paris SG for me.

From my experience, Rio ferdinand abroad goes like this,

at Valencia i signed him to partner Ayala in defence, in his first season he only had an average rating of bout 6.5, but if you watch the matches, you could see he wasnt playing well anyway, however, now that he knows fluent spanish he is absoloutly unstoppable, so far ive played, 10, average rating of 8.3.

Really good defender, this is a realy obvious tip, yet one that some people always over look, always make sure your back four, speak the same language, what i should have done is.... bought Rio, but put him on the bench and let him learn the language before throwing him in at the depend, always look for the language defender has when your buying them, if your looking for a quick fix defender, then you might as well put a attacker in there instead of a defender who doesnt speak the ame language as anyone at the club.
