FIFA 18 Career Mode Patch (Frosty Mod)

Hello there,

First of all, thanks for the mod.

I installed (i think) correctly frosty 1.3.1, i also added fifa 18 + i had the moddata folder.
I can launch the game through frosty

BUT i think your mod ain't working, and i don't know why.

I used the "take ownership" thing, but it seem i can't disable the read only on the FIFA 18 folder. Would it be the reason why the mod ain't working ?

Here are some points which you should maybe look at:

- Players with a high pot but a low ovr (like Arp, Valverde etc.) which don't get playtime, don't increase at all in your patch. You should keep the aspect from original game, that also players which don't play improve.
- I know it's very hard, but a way to tune down player decrease after 30yo to times like in Fifa15 where decrease started at ~35yo.

I already fixed those 2 issues. I am just waiting for Frosty Mod Manager to update so that my patch works on all version.

Idk if I make something wrong, just downloaded your 1.2 version:

- can't see Composure, Strength, Reaction or Aggression training. Only Sprinting and Acceleration (same as Patch 1.0)
- can't see full stats (Strength etc.) of players in my own team in Team-Central. Only for players on Transfer-Central.

This 2 things I could test to compare from 1.0 to 1.2. Rest is more difficult to test. Maybe 1.2 isn't working properly for me?

Hi Awesome when I see that awesome mod I cant believe my eyes but sadly when ea update crush my dream for a real career mod like I like. anyway I see your last comment (I already fixed those 2 issues. I am just waiting for Frosty Mod Manager to update so that my patch works on all version. ) I hope to make dream again alive mate thank god who create you n your mind . but pls make this update for last version of fifa .

I have a problem. The mod loader will not let add the "ARCHIVE", and the "FBPROJECT" files, only the "FBMOD", i activated the mod, but not working. No Acceleration, Sprint training, and other things. I tried to add the "RAR" file, but same result.

I found my mistake. I activated both mods accidentally. Now I deactivated 1.0 and only started with 1.2 as it should be, and it's working.

This is correct, you only have to add the .fbmod in the "Frosty Mod Manager 1.0.3". Check if you have the right program.

found another thing: Teams don't choose the best players. I am playing quarter finals of Champions Cup against Real, and from beginning there is Llorente on field with 89 Modric and 87 Isco on bench. I remember this being better in 1.0, maybe you changed something?

Yep, I messed up something. Should be fixed on the next version whenever I get the tool to release the mod file for the latest version.

@TheAwesomeGem: I think the best way to consider transfers in Career Mode is like this (what I want to achieve):
1. Stop all transfers!
2. Somehow hardcore in one .ini file the transfers I want to happen (for example how EA did with Neymar ...)

Can you please tell me what .ini files from dlc folder should I edit and what I have to modify in order to make possible those 2 above points ?

What do you mean ID for the transfers? I am thinking about just publishing all the changed files so someone who can get the latest FIFA to work can update it and send me the link.
