I use Moddingway for FIFA 14, with my editions (to be able to play Series B, C and D of Brazil). Unfortunately my pc can not run FIFA 16 or 18, and what you get is faulty.
Sadly we do not have a great free Brazilian patch for FIFA 16, but if you're willing to spend a little money, the best patches we have are FIFA Braszukas and FIFA Friends
FIFA Friends have a old free version, that i can send to you in PM
