Take my answer with a grain of salt as I'm not a part of the mod team, but I would guess that saves will be incompatible with the new version as they are implementing an updated database.

I couldn't get a good result for him from the ingame editor. Maybe it was because the generic beards options are a little bad.
Generic faces on FIFA are SHIT. Hair and face textures totally out-of-dated. It more reminds FIFA 11 rather than 2018.Can't see the point of working on them at all. I don't like to compare FIFA to PES, but in terms of generic faces, EA should get a lesson from KONAMI. It's fine you try to improve every aspect of the game as much as possible, but I don't think improving of Brazilian generic players it's something the most of FIFA community is interested in.
As I have mentioned above either - there are so many more important things you could work on (shoes, kits, adding real faces). But, anyway, good luck and hope you gonna get many downloads. Not mine at this time.

His work is not affecting the progress of other sections. It's a plus. I'm sure that if he could add all those things, he would. You and I too. But not everyone have the skills and time to learn. If that's the only way he can contribute with the patch, we all should be glad that he is sharing something with the community.

You must have done something wrong, cause on my setup Vinicius's age is correct, 17 years.The junior vinicius is 47 years old, Fix pls
I'm quite sure that blacksenses edited the player with the ingame editor. Doing that with players aged 17 or younger corrupts their age.
Wait, legends are part of the roster in career mode too? That would be a deal breaker for me
