How to create a working database for career?

Hello,
I want to create a working 2017-2018 database for fifa 14 career mode.
I only care about rosters, overall, potential (!), weak foot, skills, height and weight (not all players).
I don't care about faces (maybe i can edit skin and hair in game).
I don't care if a team is in the wrong League.

But how can i do? I never do it.
Working for career.
Someone can tell me what i have to do?

download latest moddingway fifa 14 update
go to data/db/fifa_ng_db
edit what you want with cm14 or db master
