Im not familiar with audio files, is it possible to add goal songs like when you score at the Bernabeu with Real Madrid?

If you bought the game with CD then install it, and when it finished turn on offline mode
Pretty sure that's not the answer. Installing the game will also install the package of all the updates that have been released since last September. Going offline will only stop Origin from applying any new updates that may come out in the future.

It would be fantastic to go back to v1.0, the updates truly have ruined the gameplay. EA sped up the game, and removed the player momentum that made it play so fluidly when it first came out. I was reading that as the year progresses, EA does this for the benefit of the FUT/online crowd who prefer frantic, fast-paced games. Which made sense to me: EA gets nothing from offline gamers once they purchase the game; and so EA appeases the online crowd because that's where the money is.

For anyone looking for FIFA 18 gameplay similar to the original release version, play with the women. Far, far superior gameplay. Women players are slower, have momentum and weight, and a newer and noticeably improved animation set. I created a squad save where I made all 18,000 players in the game, all women. All generic faces and invented names. I play with that squad save much more than with my regular men's squad save.

I thought it will only install the updates alongside with the game if you download it through Origin
I have FIFA 17 on CD, it was like that, bought only key for 18, thought its same than 17

Oh okay. I assumed any EA game would still require a downloading/activating process that would auto-update to the latest version. I have a hell of a time with my game, even with auto-updates off, from time to time Origin will block me from starting FIFA 18 until I update the game.

Well, I contacted EA to talk about this.

They were very bizarrely vague. And the more I asked about how to do it, the more the person on the phone sort of gave me a nervous chuckle and asked why I would even bother playing without updates. I said, well there is nothing in the purchase of the license to play the game that obligates me to play with their updates or even with any specific one, is there? To which he said, well, no but every update improves the game immensely. So I said, ok.. how? And he struggled to come up with anything and then said, well if you weree wanting to play a game, you'd never be able to connect to another person. And I told him (which is true) I have never once since the 360 came out, played a game of FIFA online. I play alone offline. In fact, in the past I've even blocked the game from going online to avoid having the game get ruined by updates.

He THEN said, if I installed the game AFTER setting Origin to not automatically update games, I'd get the game as released. Well, the problem is that doesn't work, I tried. But it does, IF you disconnect your internet. It says, that you need an update and asks if you want to do it, but it doesn't give you the option to play without updating. It only cancels. Then I disconnected my desktop's connection and it went through. Problem is, I'm on the original game and was hoping to get to the January update so I could use some mods that won't run on the latest.
Anyway, in case anyone's interested, I thought I'd share my research.

Now I have a whole other problem. I can't get FIFA18 to load at ALL. EA is being no help there either. They've told me I have a kernel.dll problem that they discovered by checking my system info file I sent them. So, frustrated I wiped my ssd and installed a recovery image I have of a perfectly functioning Windows 10 fresh install. Tried again, new Origin, new FIFA18 install.
Still won't work. I'm thinking I've given up.

So what you are saying is by doing this and choosing to keep Origin from updating automatically I can download the game again and it will download the day one retail copy of FIFA 18 with no updates applied ?

You have tested this ?

The problem is when it came time to test this under different conditions, I couldn't. Because I now have the problem that FIFA won't load no matter what I do. I am completely totally lost. Like I said, I've even recovered my system from a fresh Windows 10 install that I keep for emergency situations and STILL I can install and run Origin, and FIFA16 and other titles work fine, but with FIFA 18 I click 'Play' and it does nothing. If anyone can think of ANYthing I will be very grateful.

This has happened to me before, I had to "Validate My Game" via Origin.

Right now I am downloading a 4.12 GB update which probably contains trash related to FUT.

I want to test this method you are speaking of but before I attempt to download
30+ GBs I want to know it works.

There initial release of the game was the best gameplay 18 has offered.

I agree entirely, which is why I want to get this to work. Don't ruin your install. Let me test it for you. But first I need to understand how the hell to get it to play. Problem is I'm not getting any errors about validation. It behaves like it has no problems.

I would simply move my install and download fresh but in all honestly I do not believe setting Origin to not update automatically will download the retail version with no updates.

Is there something we can point to as a definitive sign of having updates installed? Some folder to examine?

Ok, I can't go into it right now because I'm exhausted and I just spent several hours doing a shipload (yes, a shipload) of tests. But I can tell you the EA guy I spoke to is full of feces. There is absolutely no way anymore to download the game from Origin and not get the latest update already. I tried everything. Also, I finally got it working again, and it involved certain things that I think people should know about. I found three threads, several hundreds of posts deep of people with the same problem with FIFA18 not loading on the EA forums with no solution at any point from EA. Clearly Origin has a problem on Win10 for a massive amount of people.
I get about 10% accuracy about the game from EA tech support so I'm gonna say he's probably not savvy about the game rather than assuming they are intentionally misleading people. Sort of the same in the end though.

More details tomorrow...

UPDATE:
In the end it looks like two things were important,
- make sure that Origin AND the game install on the same drive
- wiping all reference to previous origin or FIFA installation data in appdata, programdata and all other drives
- I don't know if running Origin as administrator helped, but it didn't hurt.

Just want to double check on this, if you take an existing perfectly working FIFA 18 install and back it up into a folder called "FIFA 18 - backup" or something so you can modify things in the default install, you should be able to simply copy back that backup whenever you want to go right back to the initial install, right?
(barring changes to Documents of course)

I'd love to do that, too. Is there any way to get Your squad file or db? Or could You tell me how You did it?

Cool that you're interested. Like I said the women's game play and animation set is shockingly better than the men's. I've stopped playing with the men completely now, I can't go back anymore to the inferior game play.

I'm in the process of switching the 18,000 men's minifaces with women's minifaces using CGFE. I've also edited a lot of their stats and things like height etc. What I can do is quickly edit the default squad file that comes with CGFE, and make all the men, women. They'll still have men's photos, but it'll be playable and you can edit from there. I'll post the Mediafire link here in a bit.

That'll be great.
Tbh, since FIFA 16 I'm only playing with the women and been happy to use (and also could help a little bit developing) the Women's Patch since it came out. I'm not as much talented in modding as I'd like to be so it's been great when we were able to use GCFE to do at least something.
Is there a way to kinda quick-edit the players? I'm asking because there's not only the gender to edit but appearance (heads, hair, skin, beards, etc.) as well. Not speaking of graphics, of course, like You said.

I'm about to upload it now. Women have no beards lol, plus they have proper hair and all that, don't worry. ;)

I do my edits using DBM and Excel. The Creation Master program in CGFE corrupts the file too much, but it might work for switching hair etc., you'd have to test that.

Okay. For anyone unfamiliar with CGFE or using the women, there is a read me included with install instructions plus a speed/accel slider suggestion. The women's game plays much different and will likely require adjusting several of your sliders.

Game Speed settings on fast as well, forgot that. If you prefer slow, you will probably have to raise the speed/accel sliders.
