Well, the brazilian version starts in 2018. If you start to play with a brazilian team, the season will start in January 2018, and there won't be any issues. But if you start to play with any other team from a "european style" calendar league, the season will start in July 2018, and there would be some issues.
So, the brazilian version is better if you want to start your career mode in Brazil. In any other case, use another version if you want to play in Europe, for example.

It should be possible, as long as the bootpack is in CGFE format. Check the CG File Explorer official thread to know how to use it.

hi.I have original game and I installed the patch.All good, thanks and congratulations.I have a question.With the patch installed, can I update the roses with the last transfers? ... I insert the file "squad" in the documents folder, but it does not work. In the game, when I go to "load", it tells me that the file does not work and does not load it.
Do you have any solutions?

No to your question. Placing the latest EA updated rosters in the FIFA 18 folder will not work. If you are using this patch, you have to use the squad data/files that correspond to this patch.
The easiest way is to update the transfers yourself using the in-game team editor. You can use the editing tools to update, but that means you first have to learn how to use them.

Hi, first time poster here.
First off, I want to thank all the people who have contributed and delivered the mod to us. It is lovely to enjoy mods off games and I truly appreciate all the effort. I understand that the same issue might have been reported before and might kinda feel like wasting your time so I apologise for my ignorance.
So my problem...I have had no success launching the game. I have tried enabling online and offline mode for Origin for launching the game. I have tried offline after game launcher/keeping it online but with no success. The game screen does not pop up at all. From task manager, you can see the Fifa 18 process but it disappears after a while.
I have seen the cpu issue being raised. My rig features a GTX1070 with G-sync and there is no integrated graphics from CPU as far as i know.
I have tried the basics such as reinstalling the game, uninstalling and re-importing the mod (deleting the data and patch and bcrypt.dll then restoring original folders; importing the cgp through CGFE). I don't get any error messages through the installation of the mod. Top left corner button green and says test bottom left next to progress bar. Been trying different things for a couple of days now. The original game itself launches.
Just wanting some directions

Hola, perdón por el inconveniente. ¿Podrías decirme en qué mes y en qué temporada se cierra? ¿Con qué equipo estás jugando? ¿Hiciste algún cambio con el CGFE?

Don't know if it's possible. You can assign the number of intervals in years, but that number will be applied in every tournament. I think it's possible to create an "special" Copa América in 2019 (which will be played just once) and assign the starting year to the existing Copa América in 2020, with 4 years of interval. I'll see if I have enough space to make it in the compdata.

It's great to know that a new version will be soon!
There are some players icons / legends that did not appear in the previous version and it would be great if they appeared now.
There are many hidden, but some like Larsson, Robbie Keane or George Best were great in their teams or selections.
I would like to know if these players and other legends have been included in the new version.
Thank you very much for the great work done, FIFA is now much better.

Guys, really? The instructions are clear, the alternative squad files include icons. Don't use them if you don't want icons.
