a thought on the subject of converting. i don't know why nobody paid more attention to the fact that new generation head models (like fifa 19) are bigger than fifa 14 heads. 4-5% bigger to be precise. which i'm now sure should be addressed when converting by SCALING! if we don't scale it's not gonna be evident in each players' case but it will be pretty noticeable in many. most commonly the difference manifests itself when a player's neck won't fit in the collar. or the head just looks too big. in case of neck issues some modders use the sculpt mode. the more i thought about it the more i realized - sculpting is the worst possible solution to the problem. when you sculpt the neck you modify the natural geometry of the model but what's most important you change something that doesn't need changing - the problem is not the shape of the neck, it's the overall size of the head model. so sculpting basically ignores the real issue and tries to fix what doesn't need fixing. so please from now on scale when you convert - it's incredibly easy but will produce better results. unfortunately i realized all this after i've converted all the icons.. and some other players for my game. so i'm gonna be gradually remaking them (at least the most important first team players).
and here's an example of what i was talking about, chiellini - default fifa 14 head inside the new fifa 19 head:

Unfortunately it is not so simple, there are players from FIFA 19 like Pedraza who has small head to the point of being a carrier of microcephaly disease.

The EA made some models of simply horrible head, are smaller than the generic heads that are the perfect to the type of body.

It is better that the head is larger than smaller what the generic head.

Pedraza is just one example because has others in the same condition, Waston is another i remember now.

Your solution not is the best.

The other way is still better.

And i would also like to know how to increase the size of the head in the blender ??

You have decreased, is possible increase.

you kinda entirely missed the point of everything i've said.. and if some players have exceptionally small heads they should be treated as an exception. so no, larger heads are not better.
