I can make a excell sheet with those teams with OVR based on the value / age / position according to TM (transfermarkt) stats. I have a tabel with these which consist of those values find in Fifa 18 which correspond with Fifa 19 (i think EA haven`t make big changes on that).

That would be great. Would you also do player appearances too or just stats? It's such a shame that CM16 doesn't work with transfermarket website any more. I could have done these teams a long time ago.
