I'm try to understand blender... How cain I flip head model without problems?

I would merge the same model but one in specular version. I've try but i've make some errors... New flip model is with "shadows" and if a try to merge some part with Face master... i you can see second pics (checkbones 25%)... Please help me... I'm a newbie :(
