Two Questions Ovide :

1. Should kits with smaller dimensions like Makislspa's 19/20 kits be resized to the 1024×1024 size before converting to an rx3 file of the kit suppose i want to use them in fifa 14?
2. Whats the best tool i can use to convert the the minikits to the dds format?The application i've been using doesn't give me satisfying results
