Creating CMP patches problem

Every time I try to create a .cmp file, this message is displayed regardless of what is in the mod.

It may not even be anything in it.

Yes i'know. I have had the same problem for over a year
There is no other solution. Open and close the Db create the CMP, finish. If you need to create other cmp you always have to open and close the db but not the creation master. Whenever you close the Creation Master at the next creation of a CMP it will always give you that problem.
