You only need to combine shorts and socks. In 19 they are separated and in 16 are both in same image.
Export one 16 kit texture and import short and socks to it. You can do in photorhop.

But How Can I Do It Rightly Since I'm Not Very Skillful Using Photoshop Is That I've Already Tried It But The Socks Leave Me Wrong Together With The Short Which Is The Right Way
