You are right. I founded. Bobby Charlton face F04 is new texture.
In my opinion texture from F03 is better...
Pillowbiter created great version of young Bobby Charlton.
I converted Bobby Charlton hairs and texture from Fifa Online 3 and use Pillowbiter head model.

This is effect:

I have collected all the EA faces in a folder ... They are cataloged according to my criteria.

Legend:
- FIFA 14 DEFAULT FACE. (ICON AREN'T BETTER)
+ - NEED THIS FACES (FILES PRESENTS IN NINTENDO SWITCH FIFA19)
+ OLD VERSION (Fifa 14, 15, OLD MODELS) (NEW FILES PRESENTS IN NINTENDO SWITCH FIFA19)
= ROMARIO.... Ea have make Romario only for fifa 14.

Good job Giggi. Thanks.
Conversion from FO3 with bump files is not good quality faces in game. This heads not have animation. Faces like Stielike, Robson, Law, Butt need conversion from FO4 or "recreated" head model base from FO3 model to Fifa 14 format...
