There is a column in the database. I don't remember the exactly name..something like "islandanimation" or "vikinganimation"or sthg like that. You only need to change the value for it from false to true (0 to 1). I think there is nothing else you need to do.

I'll try to check out, and see if we can do something good, but I can't promise miracles in this case.
In the past I started a project to decrypt and edit the encrypted career settings in FootballCompEng_Win64_retail.dll,
but then I gave up, because after all, most of the settings can be edited with Frosty.
