Do you happen to have other older Russian stadiums in fixed and working conditions? Maybe old Luzhniki, Central Stadium Kazan, Arena Khimki, Dynamo Moscow stadium, Rostov old stadium?
I have this Kazan stadium from @kotiara6863 old pack, but it also has some texturing issues

I have also noticed that in some stadiums managers and substitute players will literally come to the edge of the field, sometimes invading it.
As it was correctly mentioned, there are some touchline and manager position lines in CM/DB, but I haven't played with them to have an answer. Though might be the closest thing to solution.

I am pretty sure I also used some of your kits when I was on the PES side myself (2008-2010). Do you fancy coming back to kitmaking?
There's a couple kits I can't seem to find a volunteer for haha

I don't have old Russian stadiums anymore. I had them before, but they were crappy.

So from the technical point of view, would it bepossible to fix some elements like lighting, texturing, glares on existing stadiums like Old Luzhniki, Central Kazan and Arena Khimki rather than converting them from a different source?

I can't say, because I haven't open them in blender to see what is causing this bugs. I'm briefly familiar with some of the issues. Maybe some missing ambient textures, wrong material names, ovelaping meshes etc. I don't have time to take a look at them, sorry. But of course it's much better if they are re-converted and have the proper lightmaps and stuff.
