Wierd Career mode bug

So I have created my own 2 Leagues for Denmark, where I have created all the teams.
When I go and play Manager mode I have this wierd glitch/bug that causes my manager record to show unreal Losses/Draws/Wins
Also I had to deactivate Objectives and Contracttermination to be able to play
